Monday 31st August - Result: ANGELS 3 v 2 ASHFORD MX
Carl Rook made it 4 goals in 3 games as Tonbridge left it late to secure all three points today against Ashford Town (Mx).
After a dire first half the game sprang into life seconds after the restart as Bulley looped in a header to give the visitors the lead. Within two minutes the teams were level when Lee Minshull headed in a Watts' cross from the left. Ashford restored their lead when Johnson fired through a crowded area and into the bottom corner. Rook then nodded in Dayes cross before converting a last minute penalty to give the Angels the win and, with it, a lift to third place in the table.
Scorers:
Tonbridge - Minshull (48), Rook (66, 90 pen)
Ashford - Bulley (46), Johnson (61)
Att: 440

Saturday 29th August - Result: BILLERICAY 1 v 1 ANGELS
Carl Rook scored a second half penalty to cancel out Yiga's 25 yard strike and earn a valuable away point for the Angels. The home side had to endure over 70 minutes of the game with just 10-men after Manuella was shown a straight red card for his two-footed lunge on Sigere. Tonbridge failed to capitalise on the one-man advantage in this below-par encounter as the Ricay defence held out for a share of the spoils.
Scorers:
Billericay - Yiga (52)
Tonbridge - Rook (69 pen)
Att: 424

Tonbridge Angels are to appeal against the sending off of Lewis Hamilton v Horsham last week on the grounds of 'mistaken identity' by the referee with the wrong player being penalised for the offence. A video of the game has been made available to the club.

Tuesday 25nd August - Result: ANGELS 2 v 2 HORSHAM

Scorers:
Tonbridge - Booth (12), Rook (90)
Horsham - Seanla (76 p), Carney (78)
Att: 489
