Last Thursday, 25th January, we were delighted to host the Regional Stage of the National League Trust U11 Cup.

Becky Newton (Community Development Officer) and Dom Welsh (Community Coach) organised the tournament for 11 school teams who were representing 6 football clubs in the South East.

We are delighted to announce that Slade Primary School who were representing Tonbridge Angels won the girls tournament! The runners up for the girls were Eastbourne Borough.

The winners of the boy’s tournament were Eastbourne Borough and runners up Southend United. Congratulations to the winners and runners up of both tournaments and a huge well done to all children who took part and gave their all, we hope you had fun. 

The winners and runners up of the boys and girl’s tournament will now go on to the Southern stage of the Cup which will be held at Slough Town FC on 19th March. Good luck to the Slade girls !
