Harry's an Angel
Experienced forward is added to squad
Tonbridge Angels are delighted to welcome to the Halcyon Wealth Longmead Stadium the vastly experienced Harry Ottaway.
Harry, whose previous club was our National League South counterparts, Enfield Town, is a striker with a track record in the National League, at Dorking Wanderers in particular, where he made 66 appearances.
He spent his formative years at Leatherhead where he spent five seasons before moving into Conference South with Dover Athletic towards the end of the 2012/13 season in which the Crabble club won promotion via the playoffs at Ebbsfleet.
During the close season of 2013, he moved on to Dulwich Hamlet where he spent two seasons and over the next few years he had long spells at Enfield Town and Carshalton Athletic before entering into a very successful time at Dorking Wanderers as Marc White’s team made its way upwards through the pyramid to the National League. He returned to Enfield Town at the beginning of the present season.
Jay Saunders welcomed Harry to the club commenting: "I’m delighted to get Harry over the line, we’ve been speaking to him for a couple of weeks. He is very different to the forwards we have got, has great experience that he brings to a young group and he will be a real asset for the rest of the season."
