Tonbridge Angels can confirm the departure of Ronny Nelson, who has joined our National League South counterparts Ebbsfleet United for the coming season.

Ronny arrived at the Halcyon Wealth Longmead Stadium during the summer of 2024 after being released by Colchester United and he became a mainstay of the back line and a firm fans’ favourite.

Ronny’s single season with the Angels saw him make 48 appearances, scoring three times.

As Ronny is under the age of 24, the club will be due a compensation payment from Ebbsfleet United.
