Through the tunnel driver!

The mens first team play their first away game of the season at Aveley on Saturday, the first of two games in Essex in three days.

Aveley had a wonderful first season in National League South, reaching the play-offs, and started this season with a narrow 1-0 defeat at Welling.

This is our third visit to Parkside and our first in daylight. We once played Billericay there in a moved league game due to their ground problems, and last year we were beaten 2-1.

Jay Saunders said:  "It's a new surface there, which is good, and it's a nice ground to go to for our first away game. I'm sure we'll have a good support. We just want to back up last week's win with another, to get back-to-back wins would be a great achievement, but it won't be an easy task, they had a really good season last year.

"It'll be tough to pick a side, I'll have to let some people down, but that's what having a squad is all about."

Tonbridge are still without Noel Leighton (ankle) and Tariq Hinds (hamstring).  Midfielder Taylor Maloney and new signing Timmy Abraham come into contention.
