Angels Academy Awards for 2019/20
Harry Hudson is both Players’ and Manager’s’ Player of the Season
The Angels Elite Academy has named their players of the season. Captain, Harry Hudson has been named both Manager’s Player of the Season and also Player’s Player of the Season. Manager’s Runner-up was Ned Lewis, who also was the leading scorer with 26 goals whilst the Player’s Runner-up was Ben Twist. Most improved player went to Leo Deere.
The Development 1 Awards went to Manager’s Player of the Season, selected by Dom Welsh, Luc Hutson whilst the Player’s Player was awarded to Adam Barden. The runners-up were respectively Shay Haffenden and Brynley Ruck.
The Development 2 Awards were Manager’s Player of the Season, selected by Rhys Bartlett, Kian Smallwood whilst the Player’s Player was awarded to Joe Brown. The runners-up were respectively Wesley Ibeawuchi and Bijan Gurung.
Congratulations to all these players. The season may have been voided but this takes nothing away from their efforts and indeed the efforts of all our Academy squads. Well Done!
