Angels Boss, Steve McKimm has given three young players who have impressed during pre-season a huge opportunity by signing them to the 1st team squad. Bobby Moore (Midfield), Toby McKimm (Goalkeeper) and Luca Woodhouse (Midfield), as those supporters who have attended 1st team pre-season games will testify, have never looked out of place when coming on and in the view of the manager fully deserve their chance.   

Said McKimm today: "People may want to say that because two of them are connected to the management of the club that they have been shown some sort of priority.  May I say straight away that is simply not the case.  These young lads have through hard work at training and during matches proved themselves ready for this step and there has been absolutely no favourtism shown.  We will be looking at putting them on a dual registration with a lower level club that we can trust and who will be able to give them more 1st team experience that they will need to push on."

Both Bobby (pictured right), and Toby have been representing Sutton Common Rovers U18s while Luca is a product of the successful Tonbridge Angels Academy.
