Angels players cheer up children at Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Parky meets a new friend !
A party of 1st Team players and their Manager, Steve McKimm from Tonbridge Angels FC made a surprise visit to Tunbridge Wells Hospital Children’s Wards on Monday 23rd December with gifts for all the kids.
Taking time out between their various day jobs and an important evening training session in advance of a busy Christmas/New Year programme of matches including two local derbies with Maidstone United, the players chatted with the children about football careers and answered questions about how to become successful in the game.
The players visited around 20 children with ages ranged from 8 months to 10 years and gave gifts. Sara-Jane Stevens from the Hospital, who invited the team, said, “Thank You for visiting us and making our afternoon so much happier on Hedgehog and Woodlands Wards today".
