Very good news has been received today (12th May) that the Angels application for its U18s side to join the Pitching In Isthmian Youth League East Division, for 2021/22 has been successful. 

With pitch covers now installed at Longmead and the league requirement that matches are staged at an enclosed stadium, means that games will be played at the club's principal venue. This gives an enhanced playing experience for the squad and a more comfortable environment for supporters to view the games with bar and catering faclities available and an adult admission price expected to be set at around £3.00.  

Whilst some players for the new look U18s may come from the exitsting Kent Youth League side with correct age qualification, and maybe others from this season's U16s, new players will be needed and open trials will therefore be held on Monday 31st May 7:00pm to 8:30pm at Mascalls Academy, Maidstone Road, Paddock Wood, Tonbridge, TN12 6LT, and Wednesday 2nd June 7:00pm to 8:30pm at Tonbridge Farm, adjacent to Longmead Stadium, Darenth Avenue, Tonbridge TN10 3JF. Date of birth qualification for the U18s is 1st September 2021 and the trials will be conducted under FA Covid-19 rules applicable at the time.
