Bradley wings into Kent

Versatile defender signs
Tonbridge Angels welcome Bradley Williams to the club, a third signing revealed by Craig Nelson at the Meet the Manager event.
Bradley is principally a right-back who joined Chelmsford City in July 2024 after a successful period at Carshalton Athletic where he captained the side, making over 130 appearances and, in his final term, contributed 16 goals and assists from midfield.
Whilst he spent a period on loan at Billericay Town during last season, he still made 22 appearances for the Clarets in National League South.
Craig said of his versatile acquisition: "I’ve known Brad since he was a young footballer breaking into men’s first team football at Sutton Common Rovers, and even back then his quality stood out. He’s grown into a leader and a top performer. His time at Carshalton and Chelmsford has only added to his game, and his versatility, whether at right-back, wing-back, or midfield, gives us great options. I’m delighted to bring him to Tonbridge."
Bradley added: “I’m delighted to be here and can’t wait to get started, from the first conversation I shared with Craig I knew this club was right for me. The philosophy set out by the manager is what every player wants to be a part of and with the qualities I possess made me feel like I could thrive here. I’ve known Craig and some of the management team for a long time now and having people around you that you can trust and believe in you is what helps players like myself thrive. See you soon Angels I can’t wait to meet you."
Welcome to Tonbridge Angels, Bradley, have a great season!
