Club announce changes to ownership scheme
Payments to be directed to 12th Man Fund
Tonbridge Angels FC have made some changes to the community club ownership scheme and there will now be three tiers of ownership:
Ownership Basic:
- £30 per annum
- Owner’s card/Badge
- 10% discount in club shop (card must be produced)
Ownership Extra:
- £60 per annum or higher
- Owner’s card/Badge
- 10% discount in club shop (card must be produced)
- 1 x complementary NLS match ticket if paying by monthly standing order
Grandee Lifetime Ownership:
- £1,000 one-off payment
- Owner’s card/Badge
- 10% discount in club shop (card must be produced)
- 2 x complementary NLS match tickets
All owners will be placed in a match day draw, the prize being stadium entry plus a pre-match lunch in the boardroom for two, at a league or cup game of your choice.
The board have also decided that from 1st June 2023, all ownership payments will be directed to the 12th man fund, to help pay for loan players as and when required by the manager, Jay. Saunders. Don’t forget, Jordan Greenidge and Jeremy Santos were both paid for from the 12th man fund last season, so your ownership payments may fund an important additional member to the squad next season.
The club is always looking for ways to take out unnecessary costs and thereby improve the money available for the playing budget. The administration of the club’s ownership sign-up and renewal process now costs around £950 in overheads each year, so we will be taking a few steps to reduce this:
- Owners cards and badges will need to be collected from the club shop
- If postage is requested, an additional £2 donation will be required
- Renewal letters and share certificates will no longer be printed
All owners will be contacted one month prior to ownership expiry with renewal payment options.
