Colliers Wood United vs Angels
Pre-Season Friendly 26/06/21 KO 1:00pm
Tonbridge Angels begin their pre-season friendly programme with a visit to Colliers Wood United who play in the Combined Counties Football League Premier Division South (Step 5 of the Non-League Pyramid) on Saturday June 26th with a 1:00pm kick off.
The last time Angels supporters were officially allowed to attend a match involving the 1st team was back on Saturday September 12th 2020 which saw their team gain a 4-1 win in a pre-season friendly away at the expense of Margate. Since then there has inevitably been departures and arrivals to Steve McKimm's squad so there will naturally be interest in seeing how things are shaping up. That said there are likely to be triallists and quite a lot of substitutions during the game so it will perhaps be three or four friendlies in before any clear conclusions can start to be made. Nevertheless just to come and actually watch a game after all these months will surely be incentive enough for supporters to attend added to which its a ground that possibly few have been to before.
Here follows information gleaned from Colliers Wood website and from their officials.
