Our supporters who travelled to Farnborough last night, or indeed those that watched the National League live stream, would have noticed a new name on the substitutes bench. The club are pleased to confirm that Ethan Sutcliffe has signed, on a month’s loan from AFC Wimbledon.

Ethan is a 19 year-old central defender who has recently returned to the Dons following a similar loan at National League North Kings Lynn Town.

After spending his youth career at Crystal Palace he signed for AFC Wimbledon and, after good performances as a ball playing central defender, he earned a professional contract signed in June 2022.

He made his first team debut in an EFL Trophy tie against Crystal Palace and made his Football League debut this season coming on as a second half substitute against Stockport County.
