We have received the sad news of the passing of Doug Edgar who retired and moved to East Peckham from south east London around 2002 and almost immediately began to follow the Angels and attend home matches.

Within a few short months of taking up residence in Kent he was a regular attendee at home matches and occasionally to away grounds.

He was an ardent and knowledgeable supporter of non league football and could always be found chatting to other fans in the main stand at home matches.

The club sends it condolences to Doug’s family and friends including Peter White to whom we are indebted for informing us of this sad news.
