Tonbridge Angels can confirm the departure of Jamie Fielding, who has joined our National League South counterparts Ebbsfleet United for the coming season.

Jamie joined the Angels in September 2021 from Stevenage and whilst he was previously used as a right full back, always prepared to go forward when the opportunity arose, during the past season he was employed as a centre back and brought valuable experience to a youthful back line.

Jamie’s excellent season was recognised when he achieved a clean sweep of the Player of the Year Awards with the Supporters, Players and Coaches awards.

A brilliant season was bound to attract attention and the desire for full-time football has contributed to Jamie’s decision to seek pastures new.

Jamie’s four seasons with the Angels saw him make 153 appearances, scoring 10 times.
