Help the Bradford City FC Community Foundation
Let's respond to Jonnie Carrington and Bantams supporters amazing generosity
What an amazing initiative by Bantams supporter Jonnie Carrington who within minutes of the draw for the 1st Round Emirates FA Cup realised that the Angels were going to miss out on a large attendance for the tie against his club, Bradford City. The next few days saw a continuous level of donations to the extent that the fund has now reached over £6,000. It just shows that when football supporters come together they really can be a force for good.
So what can us Angels supporters do in return? There is an organisation, The Bradford City FC Community Foundation, a self funded charity who do some great work by promoting the improvement of health and well being of the local community through football and other sports. By donating whatever you can afford you would be helping the terrific work undertaken by this body within an area that's had a tough time through 2020.

Finally, a huge thank you to Jonnie and all the Bantams supporters for their amazing generosity. It is our aim that we can build on our new friendship with Bradford City and this is a good way to start to cement that relationship. As part of that further relationship Tonbridge Angels is developing plans for a joint fundraiser to support food banks that are situated close to both clubs. Watch this space!
