Bad news for National South strikers on hearing that hot on the announcement of Sonny Miles committing his immediate future at Longmead, fellow central defender Arthur Lee has also agreed terms to stay with the Angels for the 2021/22 campaign.  The pair will certainly be asking plenty of questions of opposition strike forces. 

Arthur joined the Angels at the start of the 2018/19 campaign and was an essential component in Steve McKimm’s promotion winning squad including a crucial strike in the Super Play Off final itself.

Mckimm said today: “I was delighted when Arthur agreed to re-join us at the start of last season but unfortunately because of an injury sustained at Chelmsford we weren’t able to see very much of him on the pitch.  I know he will absolutely be raring to go and I’m very pleased we’ve been able to agree terms.”
