Jordan's an Angel for a month
Jordan Greenidge signs on loan from Hemel Hempstead Town
Tonbridge Angels can today announce the one month loan signing from Hemel Hempstead Town of 22 year-old, 6’4” forward, Jordan Greenidge. He is available for selection for tomorrow’s FA Trophy game at the Halcyon Wealth Longmead Stadium where we will meet Bracknell Town.
Jordan began his career as a youth player at Stoke City before making his debuts as a senior player abroad firstly with Cypriot side, Omonia Nicosia before moving to Spain where he joined Club Deportivo Badajoz.
In 2019 he returned to the United Kingdom, joining Newport County. At the beginning of 2022 he joined Weymouth, where he made five appearances before going out on loan in March to Dartford for the rest of the season, scoring three times in five appearances.
At the beginning of this season he joined Hemel Hempstead where he has made 12 appearances, scoring three times.
Jay Saunders commented: “Jordan really impressed me playing for Dartford against me last season in the Kent Senior cup and someone I kept an eye on. It’s not quite worked at Hemel but I think we can get the best out of him as he brings a different dimension to the squad and is still only 22.”
