Nathan Wood (23) a midfielder who can also play upfront has signed for the Angels from Faversham Town.  He was previously at National League Woking.

While at Salters Lane, a number of clubs were after his signature but it was Longmead he chose much to the delight of Angels Boss, Jay Saunders.

Saunders said: “We’ve known about Nathan for a while now and he’s been recognised as one of the best players at that level with good pace and quality.”

The former Lillywhite featured as a non playing substitute in last Tuesday’s home fixture versus Chelmsford City and will be available for selection for Angels fixture away at Taunton Town (October 29th).
