Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Tonbridge Angels Football Club (TAFC) will be held at 7pm on Thursday 21 November 2024 at 7:00pm in the Marquee at the Longmead Stadium, Darenth Avenue, Tonbridge, Kent TN10 3JF for the following purposes:

 1. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting dated 10 October 2023. (Resolution 1).

 2. To receive the Director’s annual review of TAFC activities since the above Annual General Meeting.

 3. To receive and adopt the Financial Accounts and Financial Report for the year ended 31 May 2024, (Resolution 2).

 4. To approve the appointment of an Independent Expert to review the Financial Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2025. (Resolution 3).

 5. To conduct and conclude the elections of Directors.

 6. To consider and address any questions from members.

 7. To receive any motions proposed by the Board and members.

 8. Any Other Business.

 The Financial Annual Report and Accounts Papers, and any other relevant papers for the meeting with be circulated during week commencing Monday 14 October 2024.

 Proxy forms for those not wishing to vote online in advance of the meeting are available on request.

 Members wishing to propose any motions pursuant to item four, should ensure that they submit them in advance by email to the society secretary, Mark Cornish (mark.cornish@tonbridgeangels.co.uk) and should be received by midday on Friday 11 October 2024.
