News that will gladden the hearts of all Angels supporters was received this morning (Monday 10th June) when it was confirmed  that wide midfielder Joe Turner(25) will be staying at Longmead for season 2019/20 as the club embarks on its National South campaign.

Always a crowd pleaser with the ball at his feet, Joe joined the club in August 2017 and has made a total of 105 appearances scoring 31 goals and just this last season provided a phenomenal 14 assists. 

Angels Boss, Steve McKimm said today: “I’m of course absolutely delighted that Joe has agreed to stay at Longmead.  He’s always been a terrific player for us, brings the crowd to their feet, and will be a vital part of my plans for 2019/20.”
