Premier League (PL) to give financial help to EFL and National League (NL) clubs

PL Board votes to advance £125m while agreeing to suspend season indefinitely
The PL has this afternoon (Friday 3rd April) agreed to suspend its 2019/20 season for an indefinite period due to the coronavirus crisis, hitherto that date had been set for the end of May.
Furthermore it was agreed to advance £125 million to clubs in the EFL and the National League.
Within the statement there is further information regarding PL players remuneration and ways in which the PL will continue to support the NHS.
