Based at the Halcyon Wealth Longmead Stadium and reporting to the Board of Directors, the role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the business.

Experience in the Football Industry would be beneficial, but not essential.

The role will include:

• Management of all staff members. Overseeing each department within the Club to ensure targets are fully achieved.
• Monitoring budgets and weekly financial reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Responsibility for all health and safety and safeguarding policies.
• Supporting the Football Manager and Club secretary and attending National League meetings when required.
• Assisting with commercial activities, working with key commercial partners alongside the Board of Directors.
