Tonbridge Angels 1st team captain and centre back, Sonny Miles, has agreed terms for season 2022/23 which will provide a major boost for Manager, Jay Saunders as he continues to build a competitive squad.    

Voted supporters player of the season for the last campaign, Sonny is something of a legend at The Halcyon Wealth Longmead Stadium having come through the club's youth system  and making his 1st team debut in 2008.  He has now made an impressive 478 appearances although that amazing statistic in itself doesn't quite do justice to his impressive qualities in the dressing room and on the pitch.  Sonny is a natural leader who is always prepared to help the younger players and it's probably fair to say that if he's not around for any reason, which is very unusual, then the Angels are a poorer side.
