Tonbridge Angels FC hereby gives notice of its Annual General Meeting, which will be held in the Angels Marquee on Thursday 22nd September 2022 at 7.30pm. The Marquee and bar will be open from 7.00pm.

The AGM is open to owners only and a valid owner’s card will need to be shown to gain entry. The meeting agenda and minutes of the previous AGM will be provided at the meeting.

Phil Broad, David Couldridge, Geoff Curtis and Sophie Purves are continuing in their roles on the board in line with our constitutional terms. Dave Netherstreet & Ian Clear are standing for re-election to the board, to continue heading up their areas of responsibility, as their term has come to an end.

The current board currently provide expertise and oversight to all the functions of the club and therefore have not identified any immediate vacancies that need to be fulfilled. However, should any owners wish to be considered for election to the board then please speak to a current board member in the first instance, to outline your area of expertise and the benefits that would bring to the club.
