There have been no league games for our Walking Footballers in the past few weeks but Community training sessions have continued and if you would like to join in then please do let us know (details below).

Our Over 50’s Men’s team currently stand in fifth place with two games to go. If they win those games they will qualify for the top phase of their group but slip-ups could prove costly. 

The Over 60’s Blues can cement second place with a win against Ashford on 8th February. They are already confirmed in the top phase of their league but maintaining their excellent run is now the priority to help continue a second successful season in the competition where we can now compete against long-established Kent WF clubs.

The Over 60’s Greens have had a rocky start to their League career having failed to get any points on the board. However, they are improving all the time and are hoping for their first win at home to Kings Hill on 8th February. 

The Ladies continue to impress, standing in second place in the League behind the vastly experienced and unbeaten Canterbury Eagles. They are playing entertaining football and stretching the gap to third placed Margate. The next home game is Monday, 3rd February with a 7.15pm kick-off at Longmead in a top of the table clash against Canterbury. We are hoping to grab some points off them so come along and give the ladies your support. For travelling fans their next away match is at Bromley on 31st January, 7.15pm kick-off.

Community inclusive sessions are held on Thursday afternoons 4-5.30pm on the 3G pitch at Longmead Stadium, Darenth Avenue, Tonbridge TN10 3JF. Sessions cost £5 but your first game is free. Both Ladies and Gents are welcome. For more information please contact either:
