Woodlands and Slade take the honours
National League Trust tournament held at Longmead
The National League Trust U11’s Cup was held at Tonbridge Angels on Thursday, 19th October. Ten local schools took part with a total of 18 teams. It was fantastic to see so many schools taking part and a big increase in the number of girls teams in comparison to last year’s tournament. We saw some amazing teamwork and top class footballing skills but, most importantly, around 150 children having lots of fun! The winning Boys team was Woodlands Primary School and the winning Girls team was Slade Primary School. Congratulations to the winners who now progress to the regional stage of the Cup.’
