Originally signed from Hendon in July 2018, Arthur chose Tonbridge as his new club following the Greens transfer to the Southern League. Club captain at Silver Jubilee Park where he led the side to the Bostik Premier play off final in 2017/18 season only to lose narrowly to Dulwich Hamlet in a penalty shoot out. Having won promotion with the Angels via the playoffs in 2018/19 he left the club to play for a season with AFC Hornchurch but decided to return to The Halcyon Wealth Longmead Stadium in September 2020 where he forms a crucial element in the managers' back line.  .
