Crossley Lema, a 25 year-old defender, who joined the club having spent last season at Welling United.

Crossley was a youth team product of Sutton United, with loans at Leatherhead and Walton Casuals before signing permanently for the former in 2020. A year later, he moved up into the Isthmian Premier with Margate before signing for Carshalton Athletic, where he was player of the year for 2022/23.

This brought him to the attention of our National League South counterparts Welling United, for whom he made 40 appearances last season.
